Crumbs Patisserie, nestled on Ardross Street in Applecross is the latest venture for Perth born Pastry Chef Julia Buri.

Buri uses her elevated palette, love, passion and excitement for food to engage the senses through edible art.

Her speciality? Creating delicious sweet and savoury pastries using traditional recipes but with a modern Buri-twist!

Crumbs have become a central part of people’s daily routines. Whether it be for a morning cup of coffee (paired with a melt in-your-mouth croissant), an after-school vegemite and cheese twist, or a little something to beat those 3pm sweet cravings, Buri’s creations have found a special way of bringing the Applecross community together.

The biggest problem with Crumbs is trying to decide what to buy with out buying the entire counter! Their pastries are the best with the perfect amount of crunch to chew ratio ;) Oh and the cinny scrolls, I don’t normally even like these but Crumbs Cinny scroll is something special. And don’t get me started on the Amman! A trip to Crumbs never disappoints, the coffee is great & the staff lovely.
